We only have access to personal information that you voluntarily supply, such as name, delivery address, phone number. The information requested from you will depend on the activity you are performing (such as placing an order) or the type of response you want from us (eg response to an enquiry).
Orders and Customer Registration – These processes involve you providing information so that the order can be fulfilled and we can contact you about the order if necessary. The information needed includes name, delivery address, phone number and email. Paying for an order will mean you also need to provide financial information (eg via PayPal). This can also be performed offline (payment over the phone), or via your bank (by EFT/direct deposit).
Enquiries – When you complete an enquiry form, we need information from you that enables us to adequately respond to that enquiry and contact you for clarification if necessary (eg by phone). We may also need basic address information to fully respond eg to determine any inter-State Quarantine issues.
Newsletter – We may, from time to time, send out a newsletter by email. If you subscribe to this newsletter, you will be providing your name and email address. You can opt-out of the newsletter at any time.
What we use it for

Completion of your order and transmission of personal information is carried out securely. This is indicated by a closed padlock displayed on your web browser and the web page address starting with https. All personal information entered at checkout, including credit card details, is encrypted and only transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This is the industry standard for secure online commerce transactions.
Online payment with your credit card details is performed securely via Paypal. None of your credit card details are stored by Paper-Go-Round once the Paypal transaction is complete.
You are responsible for controlling access to your personal information where such access is provided by your user name and password (eg by ensuring you log off).
Changes to Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time.
