Description
ARTWORK LAYOUT
Two templates are available for laying out your artwork.
Choose your preferred template and we will add your details according to this layout. Please note: we may need to tweak the layout slightly to ensure all details fit properly.
If you are unsure about which template to pick, we can choose for you.
ADDING AN IMAGE OR LOGO
- Conference or event names cards
We can add your business logo along with any sponsor logos if required.
- Wedding or party name cards
Send us an image or if you don’t have an image let us know what you are hoping for as we may have something suitable.
ADDING EVENT DETAILS
Does your event have a name or description? Let us know so we can add to your artwork.
It could be something like “2024 Staff Development Program” or “Stacey & Tim 12/3/2024”
ADDING NAMES
Names will be added by Paper Go Round via a data merge using your supplied excel file.
Your excel file should include:
- Individual names/company/job titles
- Include details in columns for example – “Names” in column A, “Company” in column B, “Job title” in column C etc….
- Data will be printed exactly as provided in the excel file – please double check spelling of names.
Once artwork has been confirmed we will add names and send for your approval. If any errors are found, please send a complete updated excel spreadsheet and we will run a final data merge. Any changes after this final data merge will incur extra fees.
FONTS AND TEXT COLOURS
Your artwork will be based on the font shown in the templates.
We have access to a large range of fonts (via adobe fonts) should you require something different. If we don’t have access to a font we will require you to send us the font files.
Text colour can be changed to co-ordinate with your event if required.
LEADTIMES
How quick we supply your cards is dependent on supplied artwork, total quantity ordered and current work load.
