ORDER PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES

Online Shopping Cart Orders

Ordering online allows us to place your order directly into our pack & print production schedule. This is because all details - product size, seed type, quantity, artwork (for custom print), delivery address and payment are automatically collected through the order process.  

Email/phone orders may lead to longer processing times as it often takes many emails to confirm all order details.

• BLANK SEED PAPER & PRE-PRINTED SHOPPING CART PRODUCTS

We aim to dispatch within 3 business days. We will notify you if there may be any unexpected delays. Delivery times will depend on your location and the carrier selected. All orders are sent from Melbourne.

• CUSTOM PRINTED SHOPPING CART PRODUCTS

We will email you a test print of your artwork within 3 business days of receiving your shopping cart order and payment.

Once the test print is approved, we will print and dispatch your order within 2 to 5 business days. Artwork updates may extend processing time. 

Allow extra days for delivery. Delivery time will depend on the postage method selected at time of order. Select express post if you require a faster delivery. Please note, selecting express post will speed up delivery but not order processing time.

Depending on actual order details we may be able to reduce this time, or for larger orders, a longer timeframe may be needed.

Entirely Customized Products

As a general guide, for fully customised products that are not available in our shopping cart, current lead times are around 2 to 4 weeks. Actual times frames will be advised once order details and artwork is confirmed.
