CUSTOM PRINTED WITH YOUR ARTWORK

Supplying correctly setup artwork allows us to proceed to print production relatively quickly. Please consider the following points when preparing your artwork to avoid any production delays.

• Artwork dimensions – the page size must be correct.
• If not printing to any edges, the artwork page size must match the product size.
• Example: a small name tag is 100mm x 55mm. The artwork page size will be the same  - 100mm x 55mm.
• If printing to one or more edges, the artwork must have a 3mm bleed added.
• Example: a small name tag is 100mm x 55mm. The artwork page size will be 106mm x 61mm to allow for the additional 3mm bleed.
• Do not add any crop marks – we will add these when setting up to print.
• Ensure any important details (names – if already added, other text, logo, images, qr codes etc) are 5mm clear of the trimmed edges.
  • This 5mm clearance also applies around any hole or slot positions so that we are not punching through important details.
• If printing on both sides:
  • the back MUST be the same for all cards (ie. no variable data) and is to be provided as a separate file.
  • when printing with high ink coverage on the front, the back MUST only have low ink coverage.

PRINTING NAMES

Incorporating names and other variable data can be included for an additional fee.

If printing variable data, artwork can be provided with names already added or left blank for Paper-Go-Round to add.

Providing artwork with names already added....

All your variable data (names and/or individual QR codes) should be included within your PRINT READY PDF.

• Each name card must be on a separate page within your PDF.
• If printing on both sides, the back MUST be the same for all cards (ie no variable data) and is to be provided as a separate PDF file.
• All artwork is to be provided at the correct size for the product required (include a bleed only if printing to edges).

Ensure your variable data (spelling, grammar, positioning etc) is correct on each page – we will print exactly as provided.

Providing artwork for Paper-Go-Round to add names....

Paper-Go-Round will add your variable data (guest name/position/organization details) to your PRINT READY PDF.

• Your supplied PDF will be the blank version of your artwork. Paper-Go-Round will add names to this artwork.
• You may choose to also supply a separate PDF (a one page mockup/example) showing any specific name text requirements for your cards. This may show:
• position and size of text
• style and text colour
• any preferred font type (font files may need to be provided).

Providing variable data....

Variable data (all names etc) is to be supplied via an excel spreadsheet. It should include:

• Individual names/company/job titles or other details
• These details should be in columns for example – “Names” in column A, “Company” in column B, “Job title” in column C etc….
• Only include the data to be printed in your excel file - all other data should be removed.
• Data will be printed exactly as provided in the excel file
• Please double check spelling/grammar of names.

ARTWORK BASED ON A PAPER-GO-ROUND (PGR) TEMPLATE

No time or tech for art? Don't fret! We've got your back!

We have a range of templates in various sizes where you simply provide any of the following details:

• event logo and/or images
• event/description text
• excel file with names

A punched hole, rectangular slot or safety pin can also be added if required.

The team at Paper-Go-Round will then create the artwork based on your preferred template and send you an artwork proof with one or two layouts that best fits your details. Once you have approved the layout we can set up to print.

If choosing to add printed names, send us your excel file and we'll add your names.
