Our History
1985 Paper-Go-Round was born, aiming to help change the world to one based on environmental sustainability. Collecting cardboard and paper and recycling it from one single second hand truck.
1990’s A customer asked if we could make paper with seeds embedded in it to sell at their market stall. After much research, trial and error, a successful formula was developed. Seed paper then started to became the main paper produced.
2000’s Seed paper was made for each of the Gold Medalists at the Sydney 2000 Olympic games.
2010’s Papermill was moved to larger site in the old brickworks in ST Peters (NSW).
2018 Paper-Go-Round pioneer and founder Dave G. retired and the business was sold to Dave I. and family. All equipment was packed up into many trucks and driven to new papermill site in WERRIBEE (VIC), the other side of the highway from the WERRIBEE ZOO.
2020 Defying COVID-19 craziness, investment is made in more drying rooms to increase upcycling over 100KG of recycled paper per week!
