Ordering memorial products directly through our website is the fastest and most reliable way to begin production. Online orders allow us to receive all the important details — including your wording, photo, seed choice, and delivery address — in one step, which helps us prepare your artwork promptly.

If your timeline is very short, you’re welcome to email or phone us first to check whether we can produce your order within your required timeframe. Memorial orders are often time‑sensitive, and contacting us before placing an urgent order helps ensure we can meet your needs without delay.

Most orders are dispatched the day after artwork approval. We prioritise memorial orders to help ensure they arrive in time for the service.

Yes. An artwork proof will be emailed within 24 hours of receiving your details. You’ll be able to review and approve the layout before we begin production.

We’re not able to accept custom artwork for these memorial bookmarks. Artwork supplied to us often needs multiple adjustments to meet seed‑paper printing requirements, and this back‑and‑forth can take several days before the file is suitable for production.

To keep everything moving smoothly, we prepare the artwork for you based on our memorial templates. You simply provide the photo and wording (or choose from our images and suggested memorial wording), and we’ll create a layout that’s ready for fast approval and timely production.

We do our best to accommodate urgent memorial orders.

Please ensure you have selected EXPRESS POST for delivery. Standard post delivery times are slower and your order may not reach you in time.

You can select from:

  • Swan River Daisy
  • Garden Flower Mix
  • Herb Mix (Thyme & Oregano)

These seeds types are always available and the most suitable for fast printing.
